Jean-Philippe Dufoin

Corporate Executive Chef & owner of Incredible Events

Chef Jean-Philippe has been in the foodservice industry for more than 35 years. He has worked around the world for prestigious establishments, cooking for presidents and celebrities alike.

An influential part of his career was spent working for famed pastry chef and caterer Gaston Lenotre in Paris. Dufoin came to the United States in 1999 to open Lenotre at the Paris Las Vegas Resort and Hotel. In 2003, Dufoin purchased Creative Catering (now Incredible Events), a company with a 20 year old legacy in Las Vegas. He is a member of the prestigious “Escoffier” Chefs Association, has been on the famous “Food Networks” “birthday cake challenge”, and is working on a project called “Young Apprentice” where young people without the resources can apply to work under him, and be paid as long as he sees they are truly vested in becoming a chef. After they graduate he will help place them in a kitchen to continue their passion. In 2008 he and his wife went full service to help the customer with a One Stop Shop Experience. Since Las Vegas is mainly a destination wedding location and people were coming here, but not familiar with the town and all it had to offer they felt it was necessary to help the customer so there was nothing to think about besides enjoying their big day.

Chef makes sure every item of food is fresh, extravagant and excellent enough for all our wonderful events.
